If they contacted you by phone, they had 5 days to mail out a letter identifying what they claim you owe, and who they claim you owe it to. That letter would have also provided the address at which to notify them that you dispute the alleged debt, which would put on them the obligation under FDCPA to cease collection until they obtain proof of the alleged debt from the original creditor and send it to you.
Find their address (try BBB) and send them a letter, notifying them that you dispute the alleged debt, that you have received no letters from them, and that you demand validation. Include that it is inconvenient for you to receive their calls at any time. Mail it certified.
If they continue to harass you, while failing to send validation of the alleged debt, contact an attorney. You can find a consumer attorney in your state through www.naca.net
