rude phone calls

i was 2 weeks behind on my car payment, they called my house to leave a message on my answering machine. the lady must have assumed she hung up, but was recorded calling me a f-ing deadbeat. i had never been late on the payment prior to this in the past 3.5 years. when i talked to the supervisor he gave me a fake apology, and acted as if all was good.
