Independent Contractor for the Government

They just called. The phone display said something -California Calling Company. I would be working as an independent contractor 3rd party for the Government. I would process loans that were paid off by home owners and get them a check. I could work at home and earn 38,943 per year full or partime , no experience needed. It cost $69.00 for an orientation package. Press one to make payment, press 2 to talk to someone and press 9 for more information. I pressed 9. Basically said the same thing and then said press 1 now, again press 1 now and then hung up. After the phone hung up I noticed a little "thing" flower border picture in the upper left hand corner of the phone display. Now I cant get caller ID or anything on the phone menu!

"The Government" is not in desperate need of people working from home, for any reason.
They make their money from the $69.00 charges, but might also put through additional charges once they have your billing information.
Try resetting your caller id, either by disconnecting it from the phone line and removing the batteries for 10 minutes, or according to manual instructions.
