This is one of a number of "discount club" scams.  The Senate Commerce Committee has held hearings investigating this and similar companies.  New York Attorney General Cuomo is also investigating them for consumer fraud.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute unauthorized charges, and close your account due to fraud to prevent additional future fraudulent charges.

The company behind "WC Value Plus" or "WC <anything>" is Provell, out of Minnesota.

BBB rating of "A+" is ridiculous, considering the past history and the nature of continuing consumer complaints.  BBB's "explanation" shows they buy it hook, line, and sinker.  You don't get an "A+" just for "being good", you have to pay BBB to join them to get an "A+".

First dispute all fraudulent charges through your bank, as that is the fastest way to get such charges returned, as long as they are within about 60 days.  You must dispute directly with your bank within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing disputed charges for your bank to reverse under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

Since it appears you caught this with their first charge, your bank should be able to reverse it all.  Be sure to close the account due to fraud, to prevent additional charges.  It is not enough to block charges under this name alone, since often consumers are "enrolled" under multiple "clubs".

If you cannot get all your money back, contact the Minnesota Attorney General.
