This company has charge my account almost 200$ that was never authorized and on the poll call it even shows that they have now cause my account to be overdrawn by 571.00. I have spoken to my bank and the entire amount is due to the charge they were never authorized to put through. I have contacted T-mobile I am not satisfied with their answers or the fact they have not returned anymore calls since they admitted to me that it was their error.  I live in Kansas and the amount for Grand Larceny is $500.00 i am going to have to make a police report i guess.  i have already contacted the state attorney general with a complaint.

If the charges are unauthorized, then file a written dispute with your bank, under FRB Reg. E.  Your bank can reverse unauthorized charges if they are reported timely, generally within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.
