I wanted to sign up for Coinvoice . Fist of all they make sign  up near impossible . then once I am signed up I find out the only way my clients pay them is with Wire or Certified check. Then they want a near 4% FEE.  WTF are these guys nuts?  Why would I pay them to get my clients money by certified check or wire and buy bitcoins for me??  I can do that and so can anyone else without the 4% fee.  I could see if they were Taking Visa or Mastercard or some risk like paypal but none of those.

Morons.

    It isn't a scam at all, it is a b2b website and (currently) not intended for end users.  I use it and it is great since I can get my customers to pay in USD and I get BTC without having to screw around with exchanges.  Love the service.
