Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to make outgoing call but the service is temporarily barred from 21.04.2011. when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 2 day no body anwser. This is the Worst services of Mobily. In future I will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    I am using mobily phone, i want to make ISD call but I can not because my number is barred by Mobily. when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 2 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

      I have the same problem. This is the worst mobile service in Saudi Arabia. I have to deal with people on the phone and my calls are barred. I cannot get hold of a customer service agent via phone or online! Very frustrating.

      how to resolve this issue ? having the same problem from many days. moved the sim to the other slot and restarted. it starts working. but now again it stops working.  anyone know the default password for mobily barred service ?

      What in the world is wrong with Mobily?! I just recently transferred to Yanbu last May 30, 2015 and now June 2, 2015 my sim card got suddenly barred? WTF?! And I still have 10 SR. Load left in my sim.

        Well I managed to re-activate mine. I just went to a Mobily Office and they fix my sim card free of charge.

          Mine is not under my iqama..and i had 50 sr load in it..Can i still reactivate that one??

        Same here. I can’t use my outgoing call. Worst network ever. I used sawa before but I have no issue using it.
