Dishonorable and cheating practices

Beware of direct tv.  Requested suspension of account while father in hospital for months.  Was told by two CSReps that the early termination fee would be waived due to the circumstances if I had to cancel the subscription.  They were either wrong or taught to lie.  Not only is Direct TV going to charge the termination fee of 140 they also want 165 because my account came out of suspension and they are billing for two months because they sent the service to the receiver (nothing is hooked up, no tv or receiver is connected.  So they are going to get us for over $300.  They should be ashamed of themselves.
