l too was scammed by this company and when l spoke to liz employee 8285 her exact words to me were
we do not provide customer satisfaction.  l did not receive the product on Feb 7 but my trail period was from Jan 25 how do you try a product without having it.  l want my money back too
I am going to go to social media about this company

    I was charge in USD for these products.  The ad claimed this was for Canadian residents only.  Nowhere did it mentioned USD prices plus I was also doubled billed for the shipping and handling.  Customer service denied ELS YOUTHALVENA AND ALV ALVENTA was the same company yet I received only one product of Alv Alvena in the mail.

    I too was scammed,double billed initial free products for s&h.Today credit card statement comes with US billing for $176.53 and $204.64 for second product.Had to sit down in disbelief of unauthorized billing and no product was ever delivered.

      Yah you are right, they did the same thing with me, they are fraud.

    I too was scammed, and mastercard did not even approve my dispute.  I did not anywhere agree to join a program, I did not anywhere have any sort of indication that a program was joined.  After the dispute, I got an email saying my subscription has been cancelled.  No refund for the $400 I was charged.

    I too was scammed, and shipped within Canada but charged with US$ ,  no more shipping to my home,  one week later i was charged for CN$ 200.  F**k this fraud company.
    I ask for refund immediately..

    Yes, a scamming company for sure. There must be a way we can band together and start a class action law suit against this company.
