I have tried twice now to enter this competition / survey using SA989-131014-1234-30 & SA989-291014-1229-37. I complained via email to kfc. They acknowledged receipt of my complaint and then sent me a message saying that it had been resolved. Without even contacting me to find out what the complaint actually was about. I have 4x receipts of the emails being read and am yet to be contacted.
