no help or refund

Customer service is a joke.  Would not help me.  I order a trial sent me automatic shipping.  I cancelled authorization #847256, cancel #md13635605.  On 5/20/13 the product was returned 9500121452013140000754 tracking no., weight: 0lb 3.85oz printed on post office receipt.  I was told the package was never received and I sent it to wrong address.  Then I was told that they received my pink envelope with nothing in it.  Who is getting the run around.  The package was sent, I have P.O. receipt of weight.  All I want is my refund.  Please advise.
