Outrageous Fee's

Over a year ago I became a Time Warner cable TV, internet, and phone customer. Before 30 days of service were serviced,I received notice's I was late on my bill. I reported all this to Consumer Affairs(FCC) of which was investigated. In the end, Time Warner bullied me refused to compensate me for any inconvenience of loss of service's, only offered little discounts. Since then, majority of the time service's did work till approximately 6 months ago. Service started having problems or not working as they were supposed to. I called Time Warner and reported the issue's every time they Occurred. They even had their Technicians come to check by equipment to find my equipment was fine. This is ridiculous, every other month issue's arise. Again last 12-23-2013, issue's happened again of which I reported to Time Warner,again they only offered little fee compensations not adding to 20.00 dollars. If I added up all the service interruptions I've add, I'd probably be owed approximately 2 months of free service. Due to the way they bill me, it would be approximately 600.00 dollars. Double what I paid my last provider.
When I decided to get service from Time Warner they offered a rate of 79.99 cents for 1 year, not including all their other fees, which brought the cost to approximately 127.00 dollars a month. Internet Provider's/cable provider's are taking advantage of the consumers today by offering 200/300 cash debit cards,Ipads,and other discounts only in the end to increase billing to ridicules rates. So, in the end, no matter how much research you do on a company for cable service, you will get the fee increase shaft up your wallet or bank account.
