I keep getting billed for something and don't know who or why..I turned off my card but as soon as i reactivated it $49 was taken out my account..

Hi! You can't just turn off the card. You have to get a new number! And cancel the old one! These people already have that card and are just waiting to charge as soon as you turn it back on. It should tell you in your statement online or paper who is charging the the card and usually it has a phone number to call and a transaction number. If that fails contact the bank and report them and they will investigate. I know I just went through this I was hit big-time it took 3 months to clear up! Hope this helps!
