breech of contract

i have called AHS 2 different times to request service, 1x for a water heater not producing hot water in the dead of winter. They were going to make me wait for a service person for 4 days, which is a breech of contract. i called yesterday at 7:50 am to request service as as of right now, 4:05 pm, NO ONE FROM THEIR COMPANY HAS CONTACTED ME TO DISCUSS MY SERVICE REQUEST FOR FIXING/REPLACING MY GAS HEATER THERMOSTAT. THIS COMPANY HAS CHARGED ME $41.66 EVER SINGLE MONTH FOR 11 MONTHS AND NOT PROVIDED THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF PROVIDING SERVICE.
