Unwanted calls from Banks recovery Agents

I received many call from banks recovery agents against a personal loan/Credit card payment . Some time they are used very abused world to me.He is always asking about a unknown person Name Mr. Suresh Chandra. How can I resolve the same. I already writer many mails to Banks customer deptt. But after some time he start calling to me & my wife also. The agents always asking for the above persons no to us.
