Worse Technician I've ever dealt with!

I purchased a washing machine from local Lowes store. The washing machine was manufactured by whirlpool who hires a 3rd party repair company known as A & E Factory Services. I contacted their call center as instucted by whirlpool to set an appointment to have my machine looked at. My washing maching had been dumping water on the floor instead of going down the drain. The technician discovered shortly after arriving that additional hose had been added which wasn't needed. For him to do his job correctly he is suppose to present me with the oppertunity to make modification myself thus avoiding a service charge, due to the nature of what the warranty will cover. The technician instead made all modications and corrections needed then proceeded to tell me that I would be billed. He did not follow the protocal of his work and thinks I should still be charged. In addition he was very rude and stand offish with me. He made several remarks to me in a very hateful tone of voice. I litterly had several visions running through my mind of me beating the [***] out of him. The way this man spoke in my home was completely out of line. So A&E is trying to stick me with this bill, but they don't want to let you know up front that this service wont be covered. Where I come from you always grant the customer the oppertunity before the charge is made. Doesn't matter where it is. For example when you take your car to the mechanic for an oil change and they discover it needs a new alternater. You wouldn't install the alternater or whatever it is and they say, oh by the way this is 300 dollars when you originally planned on 30 dollars. The same principle with my story. This man litterally isn't lucky I didn't hit'em. Most anyone would have had this guy kicked out of there home. Please I warn all people reading this if you have a problem with your appliance, please go through the extra time to exhaust all alternatives before dealing with the prick technician they will send out. There technicians will be smelly and gross looking and rude. They will treat you poorly and rude. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE AND USE MY STORY TO HELP YOU OUT!
