refund of money not delivered

i have five transactions totaling $1176.85 that were not completed, i have been trying to get refunds for several weeks. on one conversation they told me i would get a refund in seven to ten days, that did not happen, i called back again and was told i would receive a refund in 48 hrs, the next refund request i was told told to Waite another seven to ten days, when i abrasively complained i was told to call back in two days and talk to the cancellation. dept. i think i need  some help or advice as how to proceed to get satisfaction from this company. don't ever do business with company!
