I was in the Sarnia Zellers resturant today and ordered the half sandwich with a bowl of soup. My choice was Cream of Broccoli Soup and Half a BLT on white..with a little mayonaise.
I got my meal....the sandwich was on whole wheat bread...and it was literally warm bread. I said to the waitress (who wasn't very friendly) could I please have it on white. She said sure...in about 2-3 minutes...I received my sandwich back...on white...but it was hardly cooked. The toast was more warm bread.
I called the waitress back..and told her I did not want the sandwich. She asked what was wrong with it. I said "its not toast its warm bread" and I said I am not paying for it.
She went and spoke to another waitress and came back and gave me my bill for the sandwich & soup.
When I went to the till...I explained to the other waitress about the sandwich and said I wasn't paying for it. She seemed annoyed and said...'fine..fine" so I payed for the soup.
Zellers is not what it used to be in our city and I can understand why ..with the customer service I got today.
