mildewy clothes

First bought dryer a year and a half ago at menards.. Put clothes in dryer and came out smelling of mildew..at first i thought it was due to the water in the area...but have then since tried everything to get the smell out of clothes re towels...no luck!! Then i take them to a laundry mat and they seem ok til moisture gets on them and the smell comes out due to b settled in. If the clothes cannot b bleached the smell never goes away. so i would like to get involved in this case.
