collect calls billed in errorin

my number is 757 548 5321.  After providing the required information go the machine.  The calls disconnected. Never went through. I am being billed for incomplete collect callls. And annoying calls for me to pay the bill.  Stop annoying calls and correct the error you made and leave me alone.
