When I paid for my last unrequested book sent through BHG I specifically went to a customer service sight and explained that the book they were showing ready to ship to me was in the warehouse, I told them I DID NOT WANT THE BOOK TO BE SHIPPED AND I WANTED ALL FUTURE BOOKS TO NOT BE SENT.  Guess what?!?!? Yep, I got the book and now have to go through the HASSLE of trying to get it sent back.  Went to your "bookhelp", you mean NO HELP.  This is ridiculous and I am not paying for this book!  Better contact me cindydiller77@yahoo.com with how I can get a "prepaid postage" return paperwork to send back something I told your customer service to NOT send out.

    Never pay for unordered stuff..
    Anyone who would send and bill you for unordered stuff will figure that if you pay for it, they can just keep doing it.

    It's a cramming scam, a form of mail fraud.  Do what you should have done in the first place. File mail fraud complaints with the US Postal Inspector.
