Horrible experience

I have used tri county services a couple of times and each time I have regretted it. This last time will be my final one. My sectional sofa has a massager, power recliner and seat warmer. Recently these functions stopped working so I put in a claim in August of 2016 and after many calls and emails someone finally came and fixed the sofa in November! We can have everything in the US quickly except apparently good service. No where else in the world does it take months to fix a sofa. Needless to say I will no longer be getting additional warranties for any future furniture purchases. Most of this stuff is easy to fix anyways just get the parts from eBay or amazon and you can watch YouTube videos that show you how to fix it.
