I am totally shocked by situation I had to deal with in the Moscow airport!
My itinerary was looking like this:

19/09/15 JFK New York to KPB Kiev
              KPB Kiev to DME Moscow

2/10/15   DME Moscow to  KPB Kiev
              KPB Kiev to JFK New York

We made it to Kiev where we had 19 hours layover.We went to the city since we wanted to meet our family over there. Suddenly my mom had health problem and we never made it for the connection flight from Kiev to Moscow. I bought train tickets to get to Moscow in the end since we lost our flight.
On October 2 ,2015 we arrived to the Domodedovo airport as we had our flight back to New York.For our big surprise we weren't able to check in since the airline didn't have our tickets anymore.They said that since we lost our second flight we also lost flight back !!!!!What does it mean???? We were so shocked and had no clue what to do! Service was awful! No one there knew what they are talking about! The representative of the Ukrainian airlines was rude and didn't want to help us.call center agent said no manager was there since it was 6 am! We spent 3 hours trying to call airlines call center and flight network but was no luck to get someone to help us!In the end we had to buy new tickets straight from the airport sales representative! It was almost weekend and we had really hard time looking for tickets!In the end only 2 tickets to flight out of there were found from different airport and 7 hours later! We paid $605 American Dollar for each ticket and took taxi to Sheremetievo Airport.We had no sleep since the original flight was at 6-35 am and the new one was 2-40 pm!We had to pay taxi from one airport to another and had to  seat in traffic for 2 hours! After all we had a business meeting in New York on October 3,2015 and that's why we needed to arrive as per original schedule at 2-3 pm but we arrived only after 7 pm! Exhausted and shocked!We had to pay crazy money in order to get back home!Also we had a booked hotel in New York and important meeting which never took a place since we got to the Manhattan around 9 pm!!!!!Unacceptable!Horrible experience and I still cant believe that's happened to us!
I request a total refund of our  itinerary since it was horrible experience and I spent money for the new "one way" ticket,taxi,food,hotel,etc... and no one from you ever contacted me via cell phone or via email regarding this accident!

    Very sorry to hear of your recent ordeal,.but are you sure this is booked through cheapoair.com, because the booking number you gave is invalid, and our's does not start with a "4". you may be looking for cheaptickets.com.
