We bought this washer months ago to save money and water but the washer is terrible. It does not get clothes clean and when you wash a small throw rug it leaves lines of dirt in the rug etc. I would like to exchange this low water model for the conventional regular water washer. ...please. I hate this washer. I have read all the directions and use the proper detergent and wash cycle as indicated and it does not clean the clothes.   There is something faulty with the technology and I insist that Sears exchange this faulty washer for a washer that works. What good is a washing machine that does not clean the clothes? Please respond asap.   or do I have to go higher up on the ladder of responsibility to get some action! Thanks.

We have the Kenmore Low Water Washer and You are right, it does not clean Your Clothes. The water cycle IGNORES the the request for WARM in the wash and the rinse cycle so the machine can't get the water warm enough in the Rinse Cycle to get the liquid soap out of your clothes, and it doesn't wash the Deodorant powder from the underarms of a black or dark shirts and tee shirts.  That machine is top of the line in cost and we feel that it was a waste of money.  I would never recommend this product to anyone, not even if they give it to you for FREE!

I also am having problems with the washer. The clothes come out and they have dry patches and are not washed properly

I agree 100% with all of the above comments, this so call new technology washing machine is crap, not only did it not clean clothes, six moths after I bought it, it started leaking water and it sounded like an airplane ready to take off when it went into the spin cycle.  Called for service and the tech said that the bearing on the drive shaft was going out, he also said that there have been countless complaints about this model washing machine.  The sad thing about this fiasco is that I thought that being Kenmore I was buying a quality appliance, boy did I make a mistake.  Also, because I did not buy the extended warranty the repairs were on me $600.00 worth, so I ended up buying a new conventional washer which was cheaper than repairing this P.O.S. In my opinion, old technology is better.

This is the worst washing machine I have ever owned.  How can your clothes get clean if the water does not even cover them. Also, It leaves lint on my wife's clothes and spots mine.  Come on Sears no wonder you have falling stock prices.  Your products have gone downhill...
