They keep calling and hang up when you answer. They do not leave any messages either. I wish they would just stop. Name on called ID is OTO INC. Phone number is 603-214-3645

Reported to be unsolicited robocalling selling "home security systems" (i.e. burglar alarms).
Appears to be a common deceptive pitch in that industry, touting fear, sometimes with bogus local crime statistics, and claiming they will install a "free" system just to put a sign in your front yard. Generally, "free" isn't.
If you are on the Do Not Call list, or they are calling your cell phone without your permission, file FTC complaints. If you are not, get on it. If you are in California, and they didn't ask you first if you wanted to hear a recorded message, file a complaint with the California Attorney General.

To which a guy named Keven Anderson also he called Donald Anderson replied and started discussion with me about the security of my house. When I told him that it is unsolicited call, he hang up.
I am being harassed by this company. They also called me earlier. Please help me as it costs me Air charges; money to answer on this Mobile phone.
