why do you continue to charge me 29.95 for nothing?

I cancelled my account months ago, and yet you still charge me every month. I've called and do not understand the reasoning behind your charges. I think it is a scam. And you seem to have the money to hire talent for your ads. I can understand why. You're charging your cancelled customers for no service. I am getting Nothing from you, not using my domain name nor do I have a website with you. I think I should be refunded all of it.
