About three months ago, I was on No contract term with post paid plan so I called Rogers customer service to change preepaid plan of my cellular services. I was transfered to the customer relations department where I was offered as plan that was only adding 50 min. more at same price to stay with Rogers. They didn't mention anything else besides that. Sounded good so I went for it. After 3 weeks laer I got good plan fron Virgin Mobile and I transfer my phone no. To them and  I was in for a mega-ton shock when I got my bill from Rogers. Apparently I would have to pay 400 dollars to early cancel, Rogers had automaticaly signed me up on a three year contract!!!!! without any communication.

I called couple of time to revert back all charges but they are not helping me. They are asking me to pay the 400$ with an Interest.No one is there to listen me.

Rogers needs to change their policies. Become transparent will all their customers.

    I'm a victim of ROGERS too. I'm thinking that I should ask lawer to suit against ROGERS, because it 's crime of fraud apparently.

    I think many costomers must been affected by ROGERS's crime of fraud.

    You shoud call service centre, if you did't mean to make a contract by phone call.
