WOW I am having the same situations as others I've read about . I don't know if it's just Wells Fargo or others but the facts I'm seeing is it's a sham program so be very careful and don't trust them. "Losing" documents , asking for them again, not responding after you have asked for help all you get is a big run around . In my opinion there is no "Home Preservation" and it's just a sham of shams . Lies after lies for $4,000 behind after spouse bailed and been here 25 years ? - Listen contact an attorney they are not ever your friend - they will put you in forecloser and give you a sale date and that is what the program only is .
