Horrible customer service and fraudulent charges

I bought my tickets on July 10, for me, my husband and my baby for  $2,552.90 round trip, Washington DC to Sarajevo, BiH. Within a few days I called them to change the dates due to an emergency. So I thought the penalty would be around $300 per ticket, but instead they said I need to pay $3,500 !!!! That was just impossible since I did that in the past with this same travel merchant and paid $200 penalty fee per ticket.

I thought that was insane and did not agree to pay that much, so I called the carrier, Swiss and they said it is Cheapo trying to charge me that much, not them. So I spent hours on the phone calling them back and forth dealing with horrible customer service. Nothing resolved. I finally purchased another ticket at the lower price then the one they asked for.

Over the past FEW MONTHS I have called customer service and billing department numerous times just like some other customers here.  When finally speaking to a rep. I have been "diconnected" by them several times. This is outrageous. I must have spent at least 10 hours on the phone.

In one of the recent conversations, when I asked for at least a voucher,  they wanted me to pay an extra $1.800 so that I could use the ticket!!! ?????

I contacted all of their representatives, their customer service, sent numerous e mails, no answer whatsoever...

Like other people here who have experienced a nightmare with this company I will make sure I post this comment everywhere so people can be warned and also take all legal actions
