early termination fee, and false promises of service

Hello,

Good day. My name's Andrew and i'm reporting an incident which is still going on with me.
Last week friday I called a cable service network( dish network) specifically to make an inquiry about getting cable & internet. The lady I spoke to told me about the service and I specifically asked her if I would get Fox sport & BET. The lady told me I would be able to get the channels I want and they can take out the channels I don't want which we both agreed. So I gave them my informations and told them to come install the service at my house. The technical person came and handed me the package lists and when I went through the list I discovered that I didn't have the channels I was promised. I called them and I was told i'll have to pay $5 for an upgrade to get the channels. I checked my channels & I still didn't have what I was told. With frustration,i called them to cancel my service with them. i Have only have the service with them for 2 days and they're telling me i'll have to pay a ridiculous amount for early termination fee. Please advise.

NB: internet wasn't installed because the technical person that came to install the service at my house said there was a tree blocking reception for internet service.
