Repeated robo calls as often as every 10 minutes

I finally had to change my phone number with all the hassles that go along with that!  The phone company said to always let the answering machine get it since there is no way to stop these evil people who can generate infinite fake phone numbers with fake names attached.  I tried to get a person, but this is obviously not any company trying to get work, but simply nasty wicked people who belong in jail for repeatedly annoying others just because they found a way to do it.  Shame on them!  They will answer for their crimes eventually.
