So much for the help. Read bout Catalina and how she helped one of the member to cancel her personal training contract. Emailed her. She called me within an hour or so. And no help at all. I asked her how if we can't go to the gym (pregnant or something). She said we still have to pay and use the gym later after we give birth. Did not read the contract that we can cancel within 3 days, otherwise I would cancel it. Trainer did not mention it at all. They have zero tolerance policy for cancellation term. So annoying. Anyone else has same experience??
