    They're running a cramming scam..

These scams partner with other merchants who pass them "customer" account information, under the pretense that "you agreed to the charges".  They will continue monthly until you stop them.

    As with any unauthorized charge..
Your best response is to immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    Recovering your money..

through a bank dispute, rather than contacting the "business" to request a refund, is the way the banking system is set up to limit such fraud.  You get your money back, the charge gets pushed back through their bank or payment processor, they get assessed a chargeback fee for the "error", and if their chargeback ratio gets too high, their payment processor is supposed to cut them off.

And it avoids the risk.. replies to Recovering your money..
that they will string you along to run out the 60 day bank dispute clock, after which, although you might sue, they know nobody is suing for $20.  If they go bust, you still get your money back, and their payment processor is stuck.  They're supposed to "know the customer", and they took the risk.

Just to dig a little deeper..
did you recently buy anything from some cheesy ad, maybe a TV infomercial, or were you contacted after buying something, by some call to "confirm your order", which may or may not had some sales pitch for a "discount membership".  That's often the first indicator of these scams, although sometimes the charges just show up with no initial contact.
