I have a pending charge on my bank card that I did not authorize. I have not made any purchases online in the last month. I have not purchased anything in the amount of 89.98.

    Other complaints report they are running a "free trial negative option" cramming scam.

    If you never did business with them, and never ordered their deceptive "free trial", then they probably "accidentally" crammed through a fraudulent charge against your account.  Who knows why, but scammers are really sloppy, too.

    Dispute the charge as fraudulent, and block the card.

    NEVER use debit cards.  Block any that you have, as they are less protected from fraud than credit cards.

    Use only credit cards, or ATM cards but only at your bank's own ATM machines.

    Use checks only to pay banks and utilities you know and trust.
    Limit your exposure to risk of fraud, and your damages if it occurs.

      Je n'ai pas donné de permission pour un produit au montant total de 91.90 pris sur ma carte visa .J'ai seulement payé pour un échantillon de 2.98 que j'ai reçu !! Je me suis fait harnaquer !!

    I clicked on an ad for a free trial of rderma. I looked for any hitches. Apparently you have to click on their "terms and conditions" to get the REAL story, that you are signing up for them to send you $89.98 worth of product, unless you call and cancel. They are NOT upfront about this. I got the trial offer, with no paperwork included, eg. numbers to call to cancel etc. There was NOTHING but the little jar. I soon recieved another jar. When I was ordering the product some copy came up saying it works best with another product, vivexin. I ordered that trial size as well. That also came in the same type of packaging, with no paperwork inside. I got another shipment of Vivexin. Thinking they were the same company, as they were referenced, I called them. I got great response, except, when I told them I also had the rderma, they told me to ship both products back to them and they gave me a refund for the Vivexin. When I got another shipment of rderma, I called the vivexin Co. and they said they weren't the same company and that the rderma I had returned to them had bee destroyed. Now I have a 3rd jar of rderma, which I didn't order. The rderma company (sent by belisi.com), said they would cancel my future orders but will not let me return this current shipment as I didn't call within 14 days. I thought I had as they never gave me any instruction. I only had the phone number from my credit card bill, otherwise I would't know who to call. They said I could not speak to the corporate office as they don't take phone calls. They said they had sent me an email telling me I was cancelled from all future shipments. I NEVER received an email. The first time I called I was told that somebody from the Corporate office would call me. They never called. I guess they are invisible people and since they can't be spoken to I am assuming they have something to hide, like this is a SCAM. Do not order this product unless you know exactly what you are signing up for. I used the Trial offer jar and I didn't notice any improvement so my review of the product itself is that it is like any other face cream you can buy in the drug store, at a much cheaper price.

      Same exact story for me.  I ordered the one sample for the shipping price of 2.98 and also the second product like this other womens story. My second product says it is AuraVie.  Neither product came with paperwork or phone numbers.  Today I was going thru my bank statement and was charged 89.98 for the rederma.  Called and Joana told me it was past my 14 days but offered to send me future purchases at the special price of 39.98. Told her I did not want their product if this was how the company was run.  Said I could not talk to supervisor as they did not work weekends but ads say 24-7. would only give me a supervisors first name of joy.  I said she must have a number since I can not ask for her lastname.  I got hung up on.  I waited five minutes and called back after going to website with terms and conditions in big bold letters.  After looking at it I found my loop hole. ( Trial shipments are non-refundable after 20 days have passed from the charge on your credit card. ) My charge posted on 4-17 and todays date was 4-20. That is not pass the 144 nor 20 days.  I called back and it got Joana again said she would help me then  hung up.
      I am livid now, called back and got person that sounded just like Joana again but she said she was mary.  So decided to play along incase.  Told my case and she gave me a return shipment number to put on my return. After they receive it I am suppose to get my 89.98 back within 5 days. Will see.  Now gonna talk to Auravie people if I can go online and get phone number.  It is so amazing I always save my payment page when ordering from net and these two sites I can not get to open up.  Hmmm

    The above complaint is almost idendical to what happened to me.  I ordered the sample of  rDerma then about 2 or 3 weeks came another small jar of rDERMA for 89.98. I didn't realize I was to get another.  I called and said I was not interested in their product and I wanted my acct# canceled. I didn't realize I had an account with them.  I suppose after they get your credit card number you are took ADVANTAGE of.   So today looked at my checking account they sent me another item ( didn't order) for 49.98.   Got on the phone called and raised !!!!   the lady kept trying to get me to take the order at another reduced price and on &on.  I said what part of this cancellation do you not understand. I said I want my money back in my account and everything else cancelled if that did not happen I would contact the Attorney General in my state and let them investigate.  Margie I back your complaint as well.   It is what it is SCAM  and my lesson learned the hard way.

    i have got the same and i have not order it. i called them and they told me that they were not the company for that so i want to know how they are aloud to send people things and charge my creit card. why do people want to scam other people is unknown to me
