Don't finish their job

I paid them in full all money and they did not complete the job of installing my pool. They have never came back to finish what they've started despite numerous phone calls and letters sent to their office. They refuse to answer any phone calls. I wish I didn't pay them when I signed the contract.

If you decide to go with this company, insist on paying after they finish their job or better yet stay away from Castaway Pools and Spas.

    I've been having a problem with Castaway Pools also. They won't return phone calls or even certified letters even though they promised "swimming in a couple weeks". This has been going on since the beginning of May . Has anyone complained to Consumer Affairs or BBB? How many other people are out there that they have taken their money and will not perform the work? I'm afraid that we are only the beginning of people surfacing with problems.

    We too contracted with them..it took since June 07..but at least we have the pool and decking..yes even electric was wired..but did they delivver everything they promised..oh no...we still do not have final approval..stay far far away. from them and do not pay them till they finish or get close...they are not professional at all...

    If you didn't see...they made channel 6 news in Phila, pa Wpvi...Not good at all..
