I got number of calls from india today group club executives Prashant and ankush garg that I have won Rs 2 lacs twenty thousand worth gold and i have to make purdchsing amounting to Rs. 13184 to avail that. I was chased by them for three days on phone. At last i came into their false statements and booked my orders for which they deducted my money amounting to Rs. 13184 through credit card.These calls were received from number 011203310700
I have booked my products kit offered by you vide order id nos 110077595 and 110077596 dated 21.6.2010 amounting to Rs. 11998/ and Rs. 1196 respectively. They have assured my that I have won gold worth Rs. 2 lacs and twenty thousand against this booking and I will be receiving My gold voucher along with the order in gold box within seven days whcih I may redeem at any retail shop like tanishk etc.
After booking when i contacted on phone nos. 01140502424, I was told that there is no such prize money but orders are booked.
Sir I am following these personscontinuously and have asked to cancel my orders and refund money. these third class persons are not giving any positive rteply. they are even not giving contact details of senior persons.I have written various mails on membership@bagittoday and orders@bagittoday and offers@bagittoday. But they simply reply that they are looking into this. Just now when I called one of their executive she said that they will check it and if money is refunded , it will take 28 days.
Now again and again I am contacting those people but everytime i get simple reply that it will take 7-10 days for refund. its already 1 and half months over but these people have'nt got courtsey to return my money
Sir Pl advise me what to do now. they have clearly cheated me. how to get money back from them

Dear Sir,
i)Received Item No.P1327 (Philips Micro Theatre)& K0443(Kodac C-180) on 08.07.2010, in lieu of Advance payment for Rs.23698( vide Invoice No. ORA100017753 dated 29.06.2010.Unique No.169083515A100017753 for claiming free gifts as and diamond voucher for Rs.70, 000/- ( No.IB1100930922) against my unique No.as quoted in the subject matter.About 2 months has already been passed till today on 01.09.2010.But Vouchers which was approved on 19.08.2010 not received in my email as spoken with your executive Miss Hina on11.08.2010, 20.08.2010, 24.08.2010, 25.08.2010;Mr Vikram on 23.08.2010, Balkrishna Rao on18.08.2010 and 01.09.2010;Deepak on 27.08.2010 and 31.08.2010;Prashant on 01.09.2010.
ii)Vide order No.4400341290, booked 22"Samsung LCD Colour TV, by paying Rs.17699/-through HDFC Bank Credit Card, To cancel the order due to domestic reasons beyond control, and it was requested to credit Rs.17699/-against HDFC Credit Card Account immediately.The Order was cancelled on 23.07.2010 But till date Rs.17699 not credited in my account.and every time above executive give misleading information.
iii)Holiday package for Rs.7000/-order No.440032613 cancelled due to domestic reasons, cancellation order No.594394, but till date Rs.7000/-not credited in my HDFC Credit Card account.executive when contacted give misleading information.
All the above cases are worst examples of frauds commited by executives of India today Group.
Once again I the undernamed request for immediate action from your end please to avoid further legal action.
