Over charging--

They say they only come once a month but they come constantly and they keep charging my charge card this enormous amount of money for posters that have not been ordered at all. Only four were ordered and they sent them every week and charge 38.00 for two crappy posters that you can buy anywhere. How do we stop them??

    Immediately contact your bank to report the charges as fraudulent, and close that account to prevent future fraudulent charges.

    File complaints with FTC and your state AG.

    In the future, check out any company you are looking at doing business with before you order anything, and NEVER use bank accounts, checks, or check or debit cards for payments to anyone you don't already know and trust, particularly on-line retailers.  Only use credit cards since they are easier to dispute and close.
