Calling me at work, leaving messages, etc. I have never had dealings with this company and don't wish to, I could lose my job.

It is illegal for them to contact you at work once you tell them not to. Contact an attorney practicing in the area of consumer debt, FDCPA and FCRA litigation, as they can be sued for failing to honor your request to not call you at work and threatening your job, regardless of whether you owe any alleged debt.
It is my right that a business is not call your job. They called 12/08/09 @ 10:58 a.m.. It is my righ to refuse a call on my job. I don't want calls from collections to call me at work.
