Dear anybody in Eureka Forbes,

I have got a Water Purifier (Eureka forbes make) called "Reviva". I made an AMC for two years in the month of April' 2010.
Since last two years the service representatives have hardly turned up for attending the service which was promised while taking AMC.
They just wait the AMC to expire and insist on renewal and unless the renewal is done they will not turn up.
This is repeated complaint/ observation from my end since last 8-9 years since I purchased REVIVA.
Need to improve your service immediately.
