Don't do business with Direct Buy of San Antonio and Chris Schultze manager.Yes, like many, my wife and I fell for their sales BS of saving money on buying home needs. We are going to build a new house soon so we thought it would be a sound investment to join Direct Buy. We listened to their fast pace high pressure sales "show". They seemed to answer all my questions quickly but somewhat a little vague. They got our money and then would not give us access to their website of inventory for more than a week. When we got access to it, we found it had very little selection in comparison to what they boasted about in their sales presentation. We tried to purchase 5 different items at 5 different times with absolutely no luck either not having what we wanted due to poor selection or not having any discounts available as we were told we would get because we joined a "buyer's club". We tried to call them several times during these buying attempts to get help, but they don't return phone calls until several days later. Actually the prices we got through Direct Buy and their so called  "suppliers"  were higher by considerable amounts than what we could find the same products for sale at local retailers and internet suppliers. We immediately after the five attempts to purchase started asking for our money back and they naturally said no way because I didn't ask for my money back within the first 3 days after signing a contract. You don't get access for more than a week to their website to make a purchase so automatically you're screwed. Of course though, upfront none of that is  disclosed. What's also interesting to ad to their deviant plan of deception is that you either sign and pay right then or never get invited again to join their "special club". Take it from me seriously....don't join Direct Buy and don't ever do any transactions with Chris Schultze who runs the Direct Buy store in San Antonio. He is the one that scammed us. He reminds me of a used car salesman who turns back the miles on every car he sells. "Conn Man"

If anyone reads this and wants to join a class action suit against Direct Buy, please contact me at 830 865 3251. I have a good lawyer who is interested in pursuing this.

Please advise whether the Class action will resolve issues such as Direct Buy's requirement that you must retain membership for life and must continue paying membership fees. Are there fees for your lawyer and can you join the class action if you are from any state? If the class action is successful, will I get a refund of all my membership fees?

Already did and got some stupid settlement. Not worth the time it took to fill out my name. Everyone though should get in touch with consumer affairs. The more complaints they have the more fees in penalties they have to pay. I am so surprised that no one knows about consumer affairs.

How do you contact Consumers Affairs? Is there a number or e-mail address you can share?
