Unauthorized charge for product

Ditto....I've already seen several complaints against Lumiday for the same misleading business practice. They lure the public in to requesting their "Free Sample" for the cost of the shipping only and then tag the customers credit/debt card $74.00 plus for product they didn't order less two weeks after the customer ordered the "Free Sample". The products SHOULD NOT be sent unless the customer calls or emails them to start the service.

Furthermore they offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with their product and service.....and yet will not make the rebate unless the duped customers pay for the delivery charges from and back to Lumiday....NOT EXACTLY a 100% guarantee!

Then to add insult to injury their representative smuggly bragged about their B+ rating with the BBB when I told them I would report them to the BBB. The representative told me to do whatever would make me feel good!What a little PRICK..........

I am going to contact a local consumer hotline with a local TV station to complain about Lumiday's business practices and warn the public in my community about Lumidays practices. I would suggest that others do the same.....deceptive business practices are always bad PR ans will eventually catch up with them.

    All of the above issues are true and accurate. I never authorized automatic deliveries and deductions. How do I move forward against this company.

      your card company (visa mc or whateveru have) should be contacted and told this was unauthorized and they will repay you. and get the money back from the robbers

    Absolutely true ! Iam amazed companies get away with this [***] ! My mood has taken a change for the worse - RAGE ! Come on ! What kind of low life pond scum comes up with these practices. Your gonna make your dough people. Is it really necessary to follow these practices that will obviously disturbe anothers MOOD. I dont need the [***] thats involved trying get a refund. Yes [***] ! THIS IS EXACTLY WHY

    I almost fell for the same ploy.  It all sounds good, then they ask for your credit card for shipping expenses, which is like, well, ok.  Then at the bottom in small print on the last screen, it tells you that they will send more unless you cancel within 18 days.  I should know better.  I've been scammed into those "automatic renewal" things before.  Let the buyer beware.  
    If their product is as good as they say, why can't they send the free sample and then people will buy more on their own?

    Yikes! Thank Goodness I googled this product! I was about to order the "FREE TRIAL". Thanx to all those who have posted! This haved saved me from a major headache I don't need. May you all get some peace of mind as I have tonight after reading this. Good luck to all of you!

    Good morning everybody!

    Well all of your respective posts were enlightening to say the lesst.  I got lazy about checking my banking statement and I just felt really relaxed aoubt money, waitng for disability to kick in after two years of homelessness.  This company taught me a very expensive lesson.  I had to swap my credit card w/ a new one, and never looking into free samples ever again w/ automatic disbrusement charges.  I'm glad I found you all in here.

    AND MAKE THE SCAMERS PAYING BACK 10 TIMES MORE OF WHAT THEY HAVE CHARGED THE VICTIMS.

    I just got lumiday trial but was also charged 69.99 plus shipping I did not receive that month yet. there was no phone number to cancel . that does notg make me happy I feel scammed.
