On 3/4/23 received a call from David Washington- 413-360-1350 stating that I won 3.5 million dollars and a 2023 Mercedes. He stated that he was calling out of Las Vegas and I needed to pay $750 to have the car registered in my state. I told him to deduct the money from my winnings. He stated that it is a cashier check and he can't touch it. I know that this is a scam.
