restroom

as a costumer of ross for many years, i felt comfortable to request used of the restroom. while there  shopping the clerk told me the restroom not available to the public. im very discussted not able to used the restroom. this made me ill. this is your policy?  ATTENTION ROSS DOWNTOWN.
