notification of cancellation

I phoned you and cancelled my membership no. 1133764780 and received letter the first part of October stating that you would give me a full refund of $59.00 within 5-10 days.  Instead on my bank statement today I found you had deducted 29.95 from my account.  I want you to immediately refund all the money owed me.  

I would be calling you but am ill and can't talk but I'm very upset that you have not cancelled my membership and refunded my money.  I want immediate action and verification of this message.
