I have been automatically charged twice for products I have not ordered and have not received.  I cannot reach any customer assistance online or by phone to address the problem.

    The same happening with me!! Can't contact anyone! This is a ripoff company!

      this just happened to me too. i finally got a hold of someone and they said they can't give me my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    An update --- I managed to finally speak with someone by using the number listed in my trial bottles.
    It is 1-800-481-2609.
    Be SURE to ask for the order # so you'll have it in case of future problems!

    I only want a trial bottles, i didn't order anything but i check my bank statement you charged me four times  and  i have not received, pls i don't want anything from your company any more it not working.

    I ordered the trial product on November 12, 2015 and was only charged for shipping/handling.  On December 4, 2015, I was charged $99.15 for an additional order that I did not authorized. I called customer service @ 855.282.2962 to get a refund. I was told that the charge was valid because I failed to cancel my subscription after the 14 day trial and my money would not be refunded. I had no knowledge of those terms when I placed the order.  After I explained to customer service that I did want their product and continued to request a refund, future orders were reluctantly cancelled. Regarding the $99.15 refund, I was continually told that charge was valid and would not receive a refund because the product had already shipped.  However, customer service told me that there is a 30 day guarantee on the product and if it was returned I would receive a refund. I have not received the product yet, but will promptly return to sender.  Please be sure to cancel your subscription if you try this product.  Personally, I do not think it works.  Hopefully, I will be refunded once the product is returned.

    I called customer service back to verify that my account was cancelled.  It was confirmed that my account was cancelled, but I received new information on my refund.  According to this representative, the trial product is what I was billed for after 14 days and will not be receiving anymore orders.  When I asked about returning the production in order to receive a refund because I was still within the window of the 30 day guarantee, I was told that I could not return it because I opened the bottled. I ask customer service, "How was I to try the product if I did not open it?" This is a "SCAM"!!! Please do not waste your MONEY.  I asked for a mailing address to return to product: 1900 Beaveridge Circle; Norcross, GA  30071.

    I ordered trial bottle, received it. Then I am billed for $99.15 for something I didn't order and haven't received. I didn't like the product, now I don't like the company!!!!!!
