I placed my order before I started reading 21 pages of complaints from this company.  They are all correct.  After I received my confirmation I went to the site and they have no history of my order although $36 was deducted from my bank account.  I immediately called my bank, cancelled my card and filed a dispute.  DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.  When I called the 800 number, no one was available to take my call, only my money!  

All of those post about how they received their ring and how beautiful it was;  lies, lies, lies.................................

    a nice gentleman called to tell me I was being sent the "diamond" earrings free and would be given a preview of the necklace that I could return if I didn't like. I had no intention of keeping the necklace and didn't need the earrings (because I have the real thing) but having worked as a telemarketer I thought I would accepts - since it was free and help the rep out. I was NEVER informed that I would be charged $6.99 P&H for each item (though they arrived in the same package) - and this will not be credited even if I return. COMPLETELY MISLEADING. Not only am I returning the necklace - I want my $13.98 refunded .
