Refund

I canceled my product after the trial.  A month later I see another charged of $109.95. on my bank statement.  I called the company and got the same run around.  They told me they had sent another out because they did not show that I had canceled.  I had not received the product and they told me if it was returned I could get my money back.  Since I had not received yet when it did come in the mail, I refused delivery. When I called and told them I had refused the package they told me I could not get my refund because they do accept refused or return to sender packages back.    Luckily I kept the names and dates of who I spoke with and went to my credit union and disputed the charge.  I showed the credit union where I had returned the product and they will be handle getting my money back for me.
