For the last year I have been getting bad reception, when I record a show, it does not record to the end.   I must have called at least 2o times to complain.  I have reset it 10 times to no avail.  They told me that they are having problems with this receiver.  I pay a lot of money for this service I am close to 80 years old and watching certain things is my enjoyment.  I have 9 months to go on my contract and would like it canceled without having to pay a fee.  What do I do?
