Don't shop here!!!

For starters, I do a lot of shopping online and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.  We ordered a couple of sinks for a bathroom in October (in stock it said).  Then 3 weeks later we try and find out the status of those sinks and we found they are on back order.  They told us another 3 weeks they would be shipped to us.  Needless to say they arrived in March.  And of course the granite countertop guy that we had arranged initially had to cancel on us since we didn't have the sinks.  We opened the boxes to the sinks finally are realized that one of the sinks had a crack and the other one was fine.  When we called to talk about return policy, they said it had been over 21 days and they did not accept return.  However, we could ship the unbroken one back for a 40% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.  To sum this up, I will never shop here again and I hope everyone reading this does the same.
