I have since applied for my unclaimed benefit in September to date, not yet paid.Their turn around time they gave me was 21/012/2012.All docs requested were submmited.Matter to experdited by manager on 06/01/2013 still not paid by Dalene. I am totally unhappy-this is my third complain.
